How can I pay?

We accept secure online payments by credit card, debit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. The payment options available to you will be displayed at checkout.

Will I receive confirmation of my order?

Yes. An order confirmation will be emailed to you after your order has been successfully placed. Please check your junk or spam folder if it doesn’t arrive.

When will my order be dispatched?

We usually pack and dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving them, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once dispatched, delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping option selected.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is $10 for orders under $50. We offer free standard shipping when you spend $50 or more.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes. Express shipping is available at checkout. The cost varies depending on your delivery location and the number of pairs ordered, with prices starting from $15. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see the exact express shipping charge for your order.

Where are your socks shipped from?

All orders are packed and shipped directly from our warehouse in Boronia, Victoria. We keep a large range of footy socks in stock and ready to dispatch.

If the colour or size you need isn’t showing as available on our website, please contact us. We may have additional stock available at our warehouse or be able to help with your requirements.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. We’ll email your tracking information once your order has been packed and dispatched.

Can I collect my order?

Yes. We operate from a warehouse in Boronia, Victoria. We don’t have a retail shop, but you can select Local Pickup at checkout. We’ll contact you when your order is ready to collect.

How do I choose the correct sock size?

Available sizes are shown in the size menu on each product page. Our sock sizes correspond to the wearer’s Australian shoe size. As a general guide:

Toddler 6-10: approximately 18 months-4 years
Kids 10-2: approximately 5-9 years
Youth 2-7: approximately 10-15 years
Adult 7-11: generally teens/adults with shoe sizes 7-11
XL 11-14: generally adults with shoe sizes 11-14

Ages are only a guide, so we recommend choosing according to the wearer’s current shoe size. Please contact us if you’re unsure which size to choose and we’ll be happy to help.

What types of socks do you sell?

We specialise in knee-high footy socks in plain colours, stripes and popular team colour combinations. We also have a growing range of short crew socks.

Will more products be added?

Yes. We’re continuing to add more colours, crew sock designs and other new sock styles.

Do you supply football clubs, schools and sporting groups?

Yes. We supply footy socks in a wide range of colours and sizes for clubs, schools, teams and other sporting groups. Bulk discounts apply to eligible orders and are calculated at checkout.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes. Bulk discounts are available on eligible footy sock products:

• 25 or more pairs — save $1 per pair
• 100 or more pairs — save $2 per pair

The applicable discount will be calculated at checkout.

Can I order a mixture of colours and sizes?

Yes. You can usually combine different eligible colours and sizes to reach the required quantity. Contact us if you need help preparing a team or club order.

Do you supply socks for fundraising and themed rounds?

Yes. Our pink footy socks are especially popular for fundraising and awareness rounds, and we supply many clubs for these events. We recommend ordering early to secure the sizes and quantities your club requires.

Can our club pay by invoice?

Yes. If your club or committee would prefer to pay by invoice instead of ordering through the website, please contact us with the colours, sizes and quantities required. We can confirm availability and issue an invoice for payment.

Can I return or exchange socks?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a return or exchange. Socks must be unworn, unused and in their original condition unless they are faulty or were supplied incorrectly.

What if my order is incorrect or faulty?

Please contact us with your order number and details of the problem. We’ll work with you to arrange an appropriate solution.
